As Lead Enterprise Architect, you will shape IT systems architecture with a strong DevSecOps focus. You will translate complex technical subjects for senior stakeholders and guide architects and engineers across the team. You will drive security, reliability, and scalability while aligning IT initiatives with the company’s mission. You’ll lead by example, mentoring the broader technical group and promoting best practices. This role offers a high-impact opportunity to influence technology strategy and delivery at scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop system architectures using component models and interfaces for specific business areas
• Create detailed component specifications and convert them into implementation designs
• Assist in technical planning and coordinate with business assurance and project staff for resources
• Advise on technical aspects of system development and ensure adherence to strategies, standards, and security practices
• Develop and communicate a strategic IT architecture vision, incorporating DevSecOps for agility and scalability
• Collaborate with other architects to align IT initiatives and drive design consistency
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
• Ensure DevSecOps practices meet security best practices and regulatory requirements
• Recommend and design structures/tools for systems meeting business needs, delivering visualizations for approval
• Develop and implement quality plans, monitor results, and propose changes
• Execute stakeholder engagement plans and strengthen customer and stakeholder relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven Enterprise Architect with a focus on DevSecOps and secure, scalable systems
• Deep knowledge of EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)
• Strong DevSecOps expertise and cloud computing proficiency (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience implementing security controls and compliance standards (NIST CSF, OWASP, CIS Benchmarks, FedRAMP, GDPR)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across organizational levels
• Leadership experience with ability to inspire cross-functional teams
