Experteer Overview

In this role you will serve as the primary legal partner for the Italian business, collaborating with management and the Global Legal team. You will own contract and commercial topics for a digital marketplace, support product launches, and ensure compliance across GDPR and regulatory matters. You’ll act cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, procurement and IT, shaping legal frameworks for new business models. This is a high-impact, newly created position designed to elevate legal operations and align local processes with global standards.

• Be the first legal contact for the Italian business across Sales, Marketing, Product, Procurement, and IT
• Draft, review, and update agreements in Italian and English (digital marketplace focus)
• Support negotiations with business and finance when needed
• Provide strategic legal partnership for launching and developing new digital products
• Coordinate with the Global Legal Department to align local processes with group standards
• Optimize legal processes with internal and external stakeholders
• Support GDPR and regulatory compliance topics
• Assist in bad debt recovery from a legal perspective

Responsabilità

• 3–5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house
• Focus on contract law, commercial law, and digital business models
• Qualified lawyer with degree in law (Avvocato or equivalent)
• Independent, structured, precise working style with strong communication skills
• Business-oriented mindset with pragmatic approach
• Fluent in Italian and English; German a plus
