In this role, you serve as the primary legal contact for the Italian business, partnering with the Management Team to navigate commercial, HR, privacy, and compliance matters within a fast‑paced digital marketplace. You will align local Italian processes with the Global Legal function and drive practical, contract‑based solutions across cross‑functional teams. This is a unique opportunity to own legal operations, shape new digital offerings, and support growth in an international context.

• Be the first point of contact for all Italian legal matters across Sales, Marketing, Product, Procurement, and IT
• Draft, review, and update contracts in Italian and English (partnership, content, marketing, IT, service, agency, and consultancy agreements)
• Act as strategic legal partner for launching and developing new digital products/services
• Coordinate with the Global Legal Department in Munich to ensure alignment with group standards
• Improve legal processes with internal and external stakeholders (law firms, authorities, partners)
• Support GDPR and regulatory compliance topics
• Assist in bad debt recovery from a legal perspective

Responsabilità

• 3-5 years of experience in law firm or in‑house environment
• Focus on contract law, commercial law, and digital business models
• Fluent in Italian and English; German a plus
• Independent, structured, precise, with strong communication and business‑minded approach
• Creative, solution‑driven mindset for new business models
