About The Role
Points Rich is a private travel and lifestyle concierge operating as an extension of our clients’ personal offices. With almost a decade of industry experience and firsthand travel across 75+ countries, we support a global UHNW clientele through highly discreet, precision-driven execution.
This role focuses on on-the-ground logistics and daily lifestyle coordination , requiring strong judgment, calm problem-solving, and the ability to pivot seamlessly in real time.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate ground transportation, dining, guides, experiences, and daily schedules
• Manage real-time changes with discretion, urgency, and precision
• Liaise with hotel executive concierge teams, DMCs, and trusted local suppliers
• Anticipate client needs and proactively refine daily plans
• Operate confidently in high-expectation, time-sensitive environments
Profile
• Experience in UHNW concierge, private office, luxury hospitality, or destination services
• Fluent English required; additional languages preferred
• Logistically sophisticated and solutions-oriented
• Calm, decisive, and highly detail-driven under pressure
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Absolute discretion and professionalism required
