Lead Applications Engineer – Milan
An Applications Engineer is required to join a leading technology company in Milan, supporting advanced PCB design and customer integration. The Applications Engineer will work closely with both internal engineering teams and external customers, providing technical support, design guidance and product enablement.
This Applications Engineer role requires fluency in both Italian and English.
Responsibilities
• Support customers with PCB design, bring-up and troubleshooting
• Provide technical input on schematic capture, layout and design best practices
• Assist with board-level validation, testing and production readiness
• Deliver training, documentation and application notes in both Italian and English
• Collaborate with software and hardware teams to resolve technical issues
• Participate in product evaluations and customer-facing engineering activities
Requirements
• Strong background in electronics engineering and PCB design
• Experience with industry-standard PCB CAD tools
• Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English
• Ability to work with customers and internal teams on technical challenges
• Degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline
