Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints and legal disputes in retail and insurance sectors
• Support credit registry reporting and banking transparency initiatives
• Assist with Data Privacy procedures, process controls, and customer request verifications
• Implement legal and regulatory changes
• Support fraud analysis, notification, and customer service/collections activities
• Review and update retail contracts, informational brochures, and marketing campaigns
• Draft and review contracts with external suppliers and financial partners
• Prepare reports for regulatory authorities (Banca d'Italia, IVASS, Privacy Guarantor)
• Provide corporate secretarial support (Board of Directors, Shareholders' Meetings, compliance checks)
• Manage dealer network agreements and related contractual matters
• Handle litigation, appeals to the banking arbitrator, and IVASS regulatory issues
