Position Summary:
GA is seeking a:
- Corporate Lawyer with 1/2 years (PQE) of experience in the Corporate and M&A Department of structured law firms
As well as possessing excellent academic credentials and legal knowledge, the ideal candidate is proactive and self-motivated, eager to take ownership of his/her work product and to demonstrate curiosity, a drive for continuous improvement, and the commitment required to consistently deliver the very best of his/her abilities.
He/she is also business-minded, with a solid grasp of the market and a genuine interest in deepening his/her understanding of its dynamics, combined with an enthusiasm for tackling the current challenges of the national, European and international market.
Excellent oral and written communication skills will be major assets—enabling him/her to negotiate effectively and to seamlessly manage the flow of information between practice groups, clients and stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Experience gained in the Corporate and M&A department of structured law firms;
- 1/2 years PQE;
- Bachelor's degree in law;
- Experience in commercial agreements will be considered a plus;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
