Oikonomakis Law, a well-established law firm with a demanding and high-profile clientele, is seeking to expand its team in Italy. We are looking for a talented and ambitious Associate Lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience to join our growing team in Rome.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation across a range of legal matters
• Prepare and review legal documents and contracts
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver effective legal solutions
• Stay updated with legal developments and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Qualified Italian lawyer with full bar admission
• Minimum 5 years' experience in law firms or corporate legal departments
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication, analytical, and drafting skills
• Proactive, client-focused, and a team player
