Launch Specialist:

Responsible for the installation of a completed product application into the plant, working with the project team to diagnose and fix problems, from launch to site maintenance and optimization.

Responsibility to lead the relationship with Platform for new and ongoing products. Coordinates launch activities, guaranteeing the capability to produce the product in respect of quality, costs and time objectives.

Guarantees equipment set up for the production process and the achievement of expected process performance and efficacy.

Responsible follow up of Modification Request and final product and process approval.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

BOM Management & Product Data Release

• Create, configure, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).

• Ensure accuracy of items, revisions, structures, and manufacturing attributes.

• Coordinate changes (ECR) with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.

• Validate BOM consistency against technical drawings, specifications, and design requirements.

• Release product documentation in compliance with internal standards and timelines.


Launch & Industrialization Support

• Support new product introduction (NPI) and engineering changes throughout the launch cycle.

• Ensure product data availability for procurement, planning, and production teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for pilot builds and mass production.

• Track launch milestones and escalate risks or deviations when needed.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering to gather technical data and resolve discrepancies.

• Interface with Supply Chain to confirm material availability and lead times.

• Coordinate with Production and Quality to ensure manufacturability and compliance.

• Participate in launch meetings and provide status updates on product data release.


Process & System Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve BOM structure, release processes, and data quality.

• Contribute to the standardization of product configuration rules and master data processes.



REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Engineering or equivalent

At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing company

Demonstrated Project Management planning, controlling, resource allocation, issue management

Demonstrated ability to define, document and communicate standard operational processes

Team working attitudes

Leadership skills

Good knowledge of quality systems

Excellent IT applications (Office, SAP,… )

Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English
