Our client is a Japanese manufacturer of high-quality machines in the textile industry. The company is currently looking for a Language Support Specialist/ Japanese and Italian (m/f/d) for the Milan branch. The position is limited for around one year.

Responsibilities

• Provide linguistic support for both internal and external meetings
• Translate multi-language materials (Italian, Japanese, and English)
• Act as a cross-departmental point of contact for language needs
• Facilitate close communication and coordination with the Japanese headquarters
• Travel domestically and internationally for exhibitions and conferences

Qualifications

• Business fluency in Italian, Japanese, and English is essential
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Willingness to provide linguistic support to board members
• Flexibility to travel for business as required
• Ability to work on‑site/in‑office
