Responsibilities

• Drive Sales : Use our internal database to sustain a successful long‑term sales strategy.
• Excellent Communication : Maintain a high-volume of outbound tele‑sales calls daily to potential students.
• Team Spirit : Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team sales goals with a positive, competitive attitude.
• Relationship building : Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students throughout the year.
• Teamwork : Build strong relationships with our global and diverse internal sales and campus staff to provide students with the best EF experience.

Qualifications

• Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Full fluency in Italian (reading, writing, speaking).
• Full working rights in Europe.
• Someone who is detail‑oriented with a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus.
• All additional languages are a plus.
