As LT Sales (all genders), you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, managing and expanding existing business relationships in your area. You will generate long-term and profitable customer relationships, increase customer satisfaction, and drive growth for YL.


New customers acquisition

  • Seek new business opportunities and prepare offers
  • Acquire new customers, visit them on-site, and manage negotiation phase


Development

  • Planning, organizing, executing, and managing a project from its initial concept to its completion, collaborations with relevant departments


Relationship

  • Promote the active expansion of business relationships and ensure optimal financial results with successful closures


Growth strategy

  • Develop effective sales strategies, analyse the market, and identify customers who have a genuine interest in Yusen Logistics' products and services to achieve the set growth targets
  • Develop a consistent pipeline


Retention

  • Significantly contribute to improving customer satisfaction and retention by developing and implementing customer-oriented concepts and working closely with internal departments


Reporting

  • Create reports on your sales activities, maintain our CRM system diligently, and document your results
  • Conduct regular analyses to monitor progress against sales goals and make necessary adjustments


REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION

Degree/Master Degree


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Commercial background, relevant studies, preferably with a focus on logistics and transport
  • Familiarity with the terminology and language of the national and international road transport market
  • Strong negotiation skills, communication, and closing abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships, handle rejection, remain persistent, and have a results-oriented working approach.
  • Analytical and business thinking combined with a good sense of our customers' needs
  • Excellent presentation skills and fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel (mainly nationwide)
