Microbo s.r.l., Italy, invites applications for a research project evaluating the efficacy of bovine lactoferrin (bLf) and the Valpalf® formulation, prepared by combining bLf with sodium citrate and sodium bicarbonate, in in vitro models of inflammatory bowel diseases. Caco-2 cells and THP-1 cells differentiated into macrophages will be used to simulate enterocytes and immune response.
