Medici Senza Frontiere is seeking an HR Organization and Labour Relations Officer to support the implementation of organizational structures and the drafting and updating of HR policies in line with Italian labour law and MSF regulations. You will review labour documents, collaborate with legal counsel, and help manage organizational structures, job descriptions, and workforce cost forecasts.
The role requires 2–3 years of HR experience focused on labour law, Italian fluency, and English at B2
