Laboratory Engineer

We are looking for a Laboratory Engineer to join our R&D team.

What you will do:

• Contribute to the development and design of our HVAC solutions, working closely with the laboratory and testing area
• Carry out testing, performance analysis, and product optimization
• Collaborate with Project Management, Quality Testing, and other technical departments to turn ideas into real, efficient solutions

Who we are looking for:

• Graduates in Industrial Engineering (Energy or similar), with around 3 years of experience
• Practical approach and strong problem-solving mindset
• Team player able to communicate effectively with different departments
• Curious, practical, and ready to take on new challenges
