LABORATORY ANALYST - MATERNITY LEAVE

We're looking for a motivated and detailed- oriented Laboratory Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term contract as maternity cover. This role plays a key part in supporting the development of new products and optimizing existing processes through laboratory analysis and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in company-wide initiatives related to safety and safe behaviors (e.g., Safety Behavior, 60-Second Checks, PSM)
• Support the development of surfactant-related projects in collaboration with the Technical Director
• Assist in creating and updating technical and instrumental procedures
• Carry out product synthesis in the lab under the guidance of the Technical Director
• Provide backup support to the Quality department for microbiological testing
• Manage and calibrate laboratory instruments to ensure ongoing functionality
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of laboratory activities

Your Profile:

• Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field
• Even minimal experience in a similar laboratory setting is appreciated
• Strong organizational skills, especially in managing time and meeting deadlines
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills

Contract & Compensation:

This is a fixed-term position covering a maternity leave. Compensation will be based on experience and aligned with internal salary bands. Full training on onboarding will be provided.
