If you are a student at the last year of your course or recently graduated you will be happy to work on different aspects in our labor and employment team, whilst sharing and committing to the bigger picture goal with the wider team and clients. Excellent academic background and fluency in English are required and knowledge of a second language is desirable.

Our global Labor & Employment Practice is dedicated to providing clients with strategic and creative advocacy and advice on their most complex L&E needs across the globe.

Our Opportunity

In this role You will be involved in ongoing HR assistance, litigation on employment law dispute, consultancy on recruitment and contractual matters, employment, retention agreements and non-competition agreements, company transfers, secondments, day-to-day management of labor relations, handling relations with directors and management of the company, disciplinary proceedings, individual and collective dismissals, reorganization projects, including cross-border, corporate restructuring, and general support to the HR function of client companies. In addition, you will be involved in the management of issues related to collective bargaining, industrial and trade union relations.
