We are looking for someone who thrives in a diverse and varied role, and who wants to develop her/his experience in the Labor & Employment Practice. If you are an Associate 2+ PQE with a minimum of 1-year professional experience in handling and advising on labour law matters (also in the context of M&A transactions) you will be happy to work on different aspects in our labor and employment team, whilst sharing and committing to the bigger picture goal with the wider team and clients. Excellent academic background and fluency in English are required and knowledge of a second language is desirable.

Our Opportunity
As an Associate, you will be part of our international labour law practice serving global and local clients. Our team - technically impeccable, innovative, and integrated - will give you an opportunity to handle a full spectrum of HR and labour law matters. From day one, you will be involved in contentious and non-contentious matters. In particular, you will be advising on several projects, including developing global policies and procedures, handling disciplinary, restructuring and dismissal issues, or pursuing M&A transactions. Rendering legal advice and opinions, attending to day-to-day correspondence, participating in contract negotiations, or seeing to contract performance - this may all be your bread and butter. We routinely work on international projects, which enable our lawyers to cooperate with their networked colleagues and clients worldwide. We invest in innovation and new technologies by pursuing hi-tech projects, to which you may also be contributing.

An Ideal Candidate Will Be Characterized By
- passion for labour law and drive to enhance knowledge and practical skills in that respect
- attorney-at-law certification
- 2+ PQE with a minimum of 1-year’ professional experience in handling and advising on labour law matters
- commitment, proactiveness, communicativeness and positive disposition
- ability to organize the work process well and to coordinate multitasking
- English language fluency, including legal terminology
- MS Office literacy
