Apply GSK values, GMP, Data Integrity, EHS policies and GSK Expectations in daily work. Complete required training on time. Perform analytical tests on release and stability samples accurately and independently, following current analytical methods or protocols. Record analytical data promptly and precisely using appropriate systems. Verify data compliance with specifications and acceptance criteria. Report out‑of‑limit or atypical data promptly to enable appropriate investigations. Support improvements to analytical workflows to ensure laboratory performance. Follow escalation rules, understand responsibilities, and make decisions within scope. Maintain up‑to‑date technical and analytical documentation in line with official and group regulations. Train junior staff, new hires or personnel assigned from other roles. Facilitate problem resolution and the improvement of procedures and methods. Participate in inspections, audits, and self‑inspections when required. Act as subject‑matter expert in executing laboratory anomalies and investigations. Use GSK information systems (SAP, SCADA, etc.) and area‑specific tools. Keep the work environment orderly, clean, and well stocked. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field. Minimum of 2years’ experience as a quality control laboratory analyst. Good command of the English language (preferred). Strong problem‑solving and teamwork skills. Knowledge of major bio‑analytical techniques. Experience managing laboratory anomalies and investigations. Benefits
