Responsibilities

• Use knowledge and experience in the field of KYB process operational management to lead a team in addressing challenging global KYB onboarding and related issues.
• Lead a team and assign tasks according to established OKRs and KPIs.
• Set and track goals and KPI progress, aligning with department objectives, and prepare documentation and charts for compliance reports and team productivity.
• Utilize statistical analysis to identify onboarding trends, conduct root cause analysis, and monitor compliance vendors' performance.
• Support the compliance manager in preparing responses to KYB inquiries during internal/external audits.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in AML / CTF compliance and investigations (KYB on corporates, offshore, and complex structures is a plus).
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong track record in leading medium to large remote teams.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality risk assessments, remediations, periodic/trigger reviews, and enhanced due diligence projects.
• Excellent attention to detail, action-oriented, and committed to high standards.
• Good knowledge of provisions related to crypto/fiat licensed entities, local laws, directives, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication, time management, analytical, and investigative skills.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both verbal and written, to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
