KPMG Open Platform is our new innovative hub based in Naples, created to design service models and technology-driven solutions for enterprises and public sector organizations. Our areas of expertise include Cyber Security, Program Management for major public-sector transformation projects, Application Maintenance, and Managed Services.
By joining the AMS ServiceNow Team, you will work on application maintenance and continuous development of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring business continuity and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with experienced colleagues, focusing on optimizing existing systems and implementing new features aligned with client needs.
In particular, you will:
- Manage corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and CMDB modules.
- Develop and configure new applications, modules, and workflows on ServiceNow, tailored to client requirements.
- Enhance existing solutions with a continuous improvement mindset, introducing both technical and functional upgrades.
- Provide ongoing operational support to users, managing tickets and requests according to ITIL best practices.
- Monitor platform performance, prepare reports, and propose recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

- You have solid experience in the management, maintenance, and continuous development of ServiceNow platforms.
- You have in-depth knowledge of key ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD) and know how to integrate them into complex business processes.
- You work independently in addressing technical and functional issues, applying a structured approach to troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- You have good command of English, ideally reinforced by study or work experience in international environments.
