Knitwear Industrial Quality Manager

Posizione

The candidate will be part of the RTW & Knitwear Quality team, within the Knitwear industrial context.

Responsabilità del lavoro

• Define Internal Quality Check standards for product families in the Knitwear category with possible focus on specific items;
• Act as a point of reference for problem solving analyses concerning process deviations and for the consequent definition, implementation of corrective action plans, preventing criticalities;
• Directly manage the Internal Knitwear Quality Check team aimed at verifying finished garment conformity according to pre-production samples, as well as managing non-conformities along all the process quality control points;
• Support the Operations team in carrying out process analyses;
• Provide support in drafting and streamlining operating procedures and instructions relating to the Quality area;
• Promote corrective, preventive and improvement actions related to process control activities in collaboration with the Process Engineering, Product Development, Internal Production and Industrialization teams;
• Develop and refine Quality performance indicators for Knitwear internal factories.

Profilo

• Degree in Textile / Mechanical / Management Engineering;
• Proved experience of 3–4 years in Quality contexts;
• Experience in Knitwear context;
• Knowledge of Excel (advanced), Power BI, PowerPoint, Minitab will be considered as a plus;
• Good knowledge of English language;
• Good knowledge of the principles of knitting processes from weaving to ironing and packaging;
• Basic knowledge of the principles of yarn processing from raw material;
• Knowledge of the main statistical techniques (descriptive statistics analysis, Process Capability, Statistical Process Control, Measurement Systems Analysis methodologies;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team and for objectives;
