National Key Account Manager Kitchen GDO

Haier Europe is looking for a proactive, self‑driven, and motivated professional to drive the growth of the Kitchen business in the GDO channel. The role focuses on managing key accounts and maximizing commercial opportunities for both built‑in and free‑standing products.

What you will do

Develop the Kitchen business in the GDO channel and lead the key account management strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts and build relationships with key partners.
• Ensure internal functions provide the highest level of customer service to local accounts.
• Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Hold regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts.
• Investigate and resolve queries and issues raised by local accounts.
• Take a proactive approach to account management.
• Arrange meetings with all relevant decision‑makers within the customer.
• Hold business reviews to assess opportunities for sales.

What you need to succeed

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field.

Professional Experience: 3 years of experience in Built‑In Domestic Appliances.

Must have

• Client management skills.
• Sales and business development experience with proven results.
• People‑management experience and emotional maturity: coaching, development, and motivation.
• Familiarity with Built‑In Consumer Goods markets.
• Established relationships with largest customers and retailers.
• Highly developed organization and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously.

Languages: Fluency in English and Italian.

Other requirements: Availability to travel within Italy.
