KFC STORE MANAGER - ROMA SUD EST

We are Spoon Direct Sr, licensee of the KFC brand in Italy. We are expanding nationally.

In the past two years we have opened 15 new restaurants across the following regions:

• 2 in Veneto
• 2 in Lombardia
• 2 in Emilia Romagna
• 3 in Toscana
• 6 in Lazio

We are planning further openings.

STORE RESTAURANT MANAGER

Job Summary

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be the heart of the restaurant, a leader who inspires, organizes and grows the team, ensuring excellent performance and memorable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and motivate the team, highlighting each talent
• Monitor sales, costs and profitability
• Ensure impeccable service and customer satisfaction
• Supervise hygiene, safety and product quality
• Collaborate with suppliers and promote local initiatives

Requirements (Requisites)

• Previous experience as Store Manager or in similar roles in the restaurant or retail sector
• Strong leadership, problem solving and results orientation
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Ability to motivate the team, exploit potential and handle high-pressure situations
• Organizational and precise, with creativity and passion for the food world
• Proactive attitude, strong commercial sense and attention to details

Location and Contract

• Location: Rome (Roma Sud-Est)
• Contract: Full-time on shifts
• Initial contract: 6 months fixed-term, with possibility of permanent based on experience
