Key Accounts Manager

In this role you drive the expansion of the da Vinci installed base within IDNs by diagnosing needs, training users, and delivering sales and marketing plans. You will foster champions across surgeons, executives, and stakeholders to grow clinical and capital business. You’ll work across clinical, finance, and leadership levels to enable adoption, improve patient outcomes, and expand access. Diagnose needs and execute plans to sell the system within target accounts with Sales Directors Develop and sell advanced clinical pathways to enable surgeon adoption and improve outcomes Manage pricing, programs, and capital initiatives with customers Oversee local/regional academic training for residents in targeted IDNs with cross-functional teams Collaborate with market access and government affairs to expand access of da Vinci technology Conduct clinical and economic value analyses with surgeons and hospitals Create and execute regional commercial strategy at local and country levels Develop market-wide strategies for multiple specialties Deliver executive presentations at local and corporate levels Teach all aspects of the clinical and capital sales process Negotiate local and group sales Lead development and execution of local, regional, and national sales campaigns Build and expand relationships with key surgeons and customers Plan weekly and quarterly sales activities aligned to goals Close collaboration with training, clinical, and marketing teams Knowledge of major regional and national healthcare groups Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Clinical and capital medical equipment sales experience Experience selling new technologies and in sales management In this role you drive the expansion of the da Vinci installed base within IDNs by diagnosing needs, training users, and delivering sales an… #J-18808-Ljbffr
