Regional Key Account - Fragrance Sector, Triveneto Area
Adecco Fashio&Design is seeking a Regional Key Account professional for a client in the fragrance sector, located in the Triveneto area. This role involves managing key accounts within the region, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the fragrance industry. This position offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the strategic development of the client's business operations.
The main responsibilities will be the following:
- Take orders and implement the commercial plan, negotiate and follow sales agreements and payment’s terms and conditions
- Supervise the implementation of trade marketing plans
- Make monthly reports and dashboards on retail & product sales KPIs including retail sales evolution per door and market analysis
- Ensure product portfolio strategy at POS (full assortment, innovations) and optimal stock management
- Present novelties in detail and constantly map and monitor competitors
- Be accountable for excellence in the execution of Visual Merchandising at POS, ensuring it is implemented following brand guidelines
- Continue to elevate distribution, through ongoing assessments
- Daily interaction with MFK & ADP departments
Person Specification
- Strong sales background and negotiation skills in the beauty industry or retail
- Business acumen: being able to seize new opportunities for the brand
- Willingness to travel (driving licence must have)
- Analytical skills (Office suite)
- proactive team-player with a high level of reliability and integrity
- Good at influencing and results oriented
- Fluent in English
- This position is preferably based in Veneto.
