What You'll Be Responsible For:

Sales Planning & Market Strategy :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Italian telecom market, with a focus on WindTre.
  • Formulate market development plans aligned with company growth and profitability objectives.

Channel Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and evaluate the sales performance of WindTre channels.
  • Conduct regular PSI reviews, promotion effectiveness analysis, and reporting to guide business decisions.

KPI Management :

  • Take ownership of WindTre-related channel sales targets and business KPIs.
  • Ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals through effective planning and execution.

Key Account Management (WindTre) :

  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with WindTre and its associated retail network.
  • Develop tailored strategies to enhance collaboration, drive sales, and improve customer engagement.

Sales Negotiation & Contract Management :

  • Lead business negotiations with WindTre and related partners.
  • Draft and manage commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with local regulations.


We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • 5+ years of proven success in sales, business development, or key account management within the telecommunications or consumer electronics sector .
  • Telecom Expertise : Solid, hands-on experience managing WindTre or equivalent Tier 1 telecom operators in Italy
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through data-driven strategies, commercial negotiation, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Native-level fluency in Italian and strong command of English for both internal collaboration and external communication.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth multinational or tech-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with channel sales models , telecom retail structures, and B2B2C distribution strategies.
  • Strong network within the Italian telecom industry, particularly with WindTre and its retail ecosystem
