This is an opportunity to shape the commercial success of a global IT leader while driving value for major clients through cutting-edge technology.About the RoleAs a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with enterprise clients while driving new business across the Italian market. You’ll take a consultative approach—partnering closely with senior stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and deliver tailored IT and XaaS solutions.Your work will have both strategic and hands-on dimensions: defining sales approaches, managing complex deals, and ensuring customer success across the full lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven, innovative technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and grow relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.Own and grow enterprise accounts, building long-term strategic partnershipsEngage with C-level executives and IT decision-makers through consultative and solution-based sellingIdentify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within existing and new enterprise clientsDevelop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth goals and regional prioritiesLead complex contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and high-value deal closuresCollaborate with internal teams—including pre-sales, solution architects, service delivery, and marketing—to design and deliver optimal client solutionsMonitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategyLeverage your professional network to accelerate pipeline growth and drive client acquisitionMaintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account planningWhat You Bring8+ years of experience in enterprise sales within IT services, managed services, cloud, or cybersecurityProven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and consistently exceeding revenue targetsStrong ability to engage and influence C-level executives and technical stakeholdersExcellent negotiation, contract management, and deal-closing skillsDeep understanding of the Italian enterprise IT marketA hunter mindset combined with strategic account management skillsEstablished network within the Italian or international enterprise sector;
