Key Account Manager – Retail / E-Commerce Industry who develops and manages the company’s customers and prospects together with the Head of Retail.
What you’ll do
With the aim of promoting and developing the value proposition of the company as a reference player for digital transformation in the Digital CRM area in Retail, your main responsibilities are :
- Supporting the sale of professional and technological services in the company's offerings, enhancing references and capabilities in CRM, Marketing & Sales (e.g., CRM Advisory, Customer Journey Design, UX / UI Design, Digital Solutions & Software Development, Marketing Automation, Data Management, etc).
- Supporting a value proposition to Retail customers by leveraging a good knowledge of the industry, especially e-commerce and multichannel CRM trends. Specifically :
- Gathering customer business needs to qualify new opportunities;
- Coordinating and supporting the drafting of bid proposals through the orchestration of in-house domain experts;
- Defining the pricing model according to company guidelines and in coordination with the Head of Retail.
Ensuring governance of ongoing services and projects with continuous collaboration and synergy with involved Service Lines in Italy and abroad, including large pan-European customers.
Requisiti
- At least 7 years of experience in business development of consulting and tech services in CRM, Digital transformation, Customer Experience within consulting groups or Service Providers.
- Proven experience in selling Digital Tech services and maintaining an active portfolio in the Retail / E-Commerce sector; knowledge of industries such as Fashion Luxury, FMCG, Retail is appreciated.
- Strong interest in Digital trends and blending Digital-CRM with new technologies (AI, RPA, Cloud, Design, Marketing automation, Big Data).
- Proven track record in negotiating and selling complex technology services.
- Excellent command of English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
