Key Account Manager, Lombardia Trentino

Overview

Exact Sciences is seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) to support the expansion of the Italian commercial organization for Onco type DX. This field-based role covers the North-East region of Italy, with Verona as the preferred location. The KAM will operate autonomously to drive regional sales growth and engage with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. Responsibilities

Develop local account plans aligned to the national brand plan to achieve above-expected sales growth. Use advanced selling skills with healthcare professionals (surgeons, oncologists, pathologists) to uncover customer needs and advance adoption of Onco type DX. Build relationships with non-clinical customers to demonstrate the value of Onco type DX to the National Health System. Operate autonomously within the designated region, prioritizing activities to maximize return on effort; differentiate Onco type DX from competitors and implement effective account strategies. Provide logistical support to key personnel within designated cancer centers to ensure efficient ordering of Onco type DX. Participate in sales meetings and professional conferences; collaborate with sales management and marketing to communicate product messages. Minimum Qualifications

5 years of sales experience promoting complex products in medical oncology and/or diagnostics (ideally in breast cancer) with a track record of success in the region. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and decision makers across the National Health System, including reimbursement. Strong knowledge of regional KOLs (oncologists, pathologists, procurement, and key decision makers).
