Key Account Manager – Italy


Company Overview

we are a global leading provider of solar tracking solutions, with projects delivered in 20+ countries.

We are expanding rapidly across Europe and are looking for a driven Key Account Manager to support our growth in Italy and surrounding markets.


Responsibilities

• Develop and manage key accounts in Italy and Europe, building long-term customer relationships

• Identify and acquire new customers, expanding regional market share

• Lead the full sales cycle: opportunity identification, negotiation, contract signing, delivery, and payment collection

• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, back office) to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery

• Understand customer needs (technical, commercial, financial) and provide tailored solutions

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer developments

• Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management

• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences


Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience in the solar PV / renewable energy industry

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering or Business preferred)

• Proven track record in B2B sales and key account management

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently

• Willingness to travel frequently


Languages

• Fluent Italian

• Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)
