Key Account Manager – Industrial / Smart Technology Solutions

Italy (Home-Based) | International Business | ✈️ Travel Required

Salary is €70,000 - €90,000

We are partnering with a global technology manufacturer and market leader in intelligent drive and motion solutions. With an established international footprint and continued expansion across Europe, they are now seeking a Key Account Manager to support growth within the Italian market.

This is a home-based role with full responsibility for developing strategic customer relationships and driving regional sales performance.


The Role

As Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Develop and manage strategic accounts across Italy
  • Identify, open and grow new sales channels
  • Lead product promotion and commercial negotiations
  • Deliver independent project planning and execution
  • Conduct market analysis and provide accurate sales forecasting
  • Maintain and expand long-term customer relationships
  • Represent the business at trade fairs and industry events
  • Deliver against defined revenue and profitability targets


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in industrial product sales
  • Experience within furniture, household equipment, components, machinery or manufacturing sectors preferred
  • Proven Key Account Management experience
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop markets independently
  • Comfortable working remotely with regular travel


Language Requirements (Essential)

  • Fluent Italian (native or business fluent)
  • Fluent English (working language of the organisation)

Candidates must be fully confident conducting business negotiations, presentations and reporting in both languages.
