The Key Account Manager - ICT is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with key clients, while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities across the sector.
His key responsibilities will be:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a strong focus on business development rather than upselling.
- Present and promote relevant technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Coordinate multiple projects, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure alignment and expectation management.
- Travel as needed to visit clients and support business development activities.
Competenze ed esperienza
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience in direct sales or account management within the ICT or telecommunications sector, who also meets the following criteria:
- Solid understanding of ICT/IT solutions and technologies.
- Strong sales drive and ability to develop new business.
- Proven experience managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships.
- Effective in cross-functional collaboration and project coordination.
- Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
