Location:
- Italy – Nielsen Area 1 (Piemonte, Liguria, Lombardia, Valle d’Aosta)
Duties:
- Responsible for the sales to assigned customers to achieve the yearly sales and profit target;
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the partnership with assigned customers;
- Responsible for the negotiation of annual contracts, pricing, back conditions and commercial strategy with assigned customers;
- Responsible to solve financial and logistics issues with assigned customers;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers;
- Business development: identify new opportunities, define benchmark and enlarge our business scales ;
- Planning the monthly promotion activities and marketing campaigns with assigned customers and ROI analysis of promo plans;
- Inform the organization about opportunities and challenges, prepare counterplans and act as a proactive market leader within Nielsen Area 1;
- Visit key shops frequently to be sure the defined products will be displayed properly;
- Supporting marketing team to increase the islands and improve brand image in stores of assigned customers;
- Analyze and improve the display share and sellout by shops of assigned customers;
- Create clear sales reports (weekly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly) of the sales process, status and forecast for the following period, Analyze turnover data, collect recent marketing information, and control invoices, Compile an ongoing analysis of our market share in each product group by
