KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - HR Tech
The Role:
As KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - HR Tech, you will own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract signature, targeting mid-to-large enterprises.
Acting as a key commercial partner, you will engage senior HR stakeholders through a consultative approach, presenting a distinctive HR-Tech solution designed to support talent development, managerial effectiveness, and employee engagement.
You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to strengthen commercial positioning and support the company’s growth trajectory.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Drive business development activities across target accounts through tailored outbound initiatives and relationship-building.
- Lead high-quality consultative conversations and product presentations with senior HR decision-makers.
- Coordinate pilot projects and proof-of-value initiatives alongside internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the evolution of go-to-market strategy, commercial positioning, and sales effectiveness.
- Ensure disciplined pipeline management and reliable forecasting.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of results.
- Solid exposure to HR functions and/or the HR Tech / Talent Management ecosystem.
- Experience managing articulated, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong consultative selling capabilities, with the ability to translate solutions into business value.
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement, negotiation, and decision-making dynamics.
- Fluent Italian and English.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-evolving environments.
Nice to have:
- An existing network of HR Leaders across Italian and/or DACH markets.
- Previous exposure to HR platforms and digital HR solutions.
- Background in coaching, learning, organizational psychology, or related areas.
- Experience gained within startup or scale-up contexts.
