The Key Account Manager - HR Segment is the professional who manages the most strategic clients in the human resources sector, building strong relationships and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Promote Giunti Psychometrics’ HR products and services
  • Analyze client needs and propose effective, customized solutions
  • Identify new sales opportunities (up-selling and cross-selling) and collaborations within the client portfolio
  • Manage complex commercial negotiations and guide clients through all sales phases, interacting with multiple levels within the client organization
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships to achieve assigned sales targets and develop new business opportunities
  • Provide regular updates on activities through the company CRM
  • Background in HR consulting (selling assessment and training services)
  • Degree (preferably in Work and Organizational Psychology)
  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a Key Account Manager
  • Strategic approach, problem-solving skills, and results-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Reliability, flexibility, and interpersonal skills
  • Teamwork attitude and respect for deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Driver’s license (B mandatory)
  • Proficiency in English
