Key Account Manager – Home/Tech (1 Year Contract)

Join Veepee , a pioneer of online flash sales since 2001, in delivering highly discounted products to customers across Europe. Veepee partners with over 7,000 brands to offer limited‑time deals in a variety of sectors, including fashion, home, wine, travel and beauty. The company has a turnover of 3.3 billion euros (incl. VAT) in 2024 and employs 5,000 staff members across 10 countries.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the best brands, stocks and prices for the assigned portfolio.
  • Act as the key contact for Veepee partners and identify leverage points for business development and account maintenance.
  • Collaborate closely with sales analysts and other internal teams to guarantee partner satisfaction and contribute to overall business success.
  • Prospecting new accounts: identify, engage and onboard new clients to grow the portfolio.
  • Partnership & Relationship Development (existing accounts): build, maintain and deepen relationships with partners to sustain growth and deliver on the annual budget.
  • Deal Negotiation: close agreements with brand partners by negotiating commercial and contract terms.
  • Market Knowledge: stay up‑to‑date on market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to enhance Veepee’s positioning.
  • Sales Coordination: coordinate internal negotiations with supply‑chain, planning, marketing and other functions to maximise performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience as Key Account Manager or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
  • Result‑oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of account‑management principles and practices.
  • Strong negotiation skills and perseverance to close deals and resolve conflicts.
  • Rigorous, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • Team‑player capable of collaborating with different departments.
  • Proficiency in Google Apps and Office (Google Sheets, Slides and Excel).
  • Excellent Italian language skills and good English language skills.
  • Experience in the High‑Tech / Electronic industry.
