Key Account Manager – German Market


For an Italian industrial company with a strong international presence and a reputation for innovation, quality, and customized solutions we are looking for the Key Account Manager for the German market , to develop and manage relationships with OEM clients and drive growth in the region.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with key OEM clients in the HVAC sector across Germany.
  • Identify new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and contribute to business development strategies.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and its German clients, ensuring client satisfaction and high service levels.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing in alignment with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to propose tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate internally with technical, logistics, and product development teams to meet client requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings in Germany.
  • Provide regular reporting on account performance, forecasts, and strategic actions.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally in same sector or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the OEM business model and customer lifecycle.
  • Fluent in German (mandatory) and English ; Italian is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and goal-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel across Germany and occasionally to North of Italy (HQ).
