About your team
Our sales team Italy consists of a close‑knit and multifunctional team where the customer service, technical development, marketing and sales departments work together on a daily basis to provide the customer with the best possible service. Our customers value us above all for our technical expertise and the personal approach we offer.
About your role
As a Key Account Manager you will be commercially responsible for the B2B sales of our product portfolio in Friuli Venezia Giulia, Venezia and Treviso. You will work closely with our customers to fulfil their needs and further build and strengthen our long‑term relationships of trust. You are the link between the customer and our company.
Your responsibilities
- Account management: Identify sales opportunities, offer products from our extensive product portfolio and contribute to achieving our sales targets.
- Proactive collaboration: Plan customer visits, organise meetings and actively participate in multidisciplinary team cooperation to achieve the best results together.
- Daily follow‑up: Ensure the daily follow‑up of our customers and answer their commercial questions efficiently and customer‑oriented.
- Creative contributions: Make substantive contributions to the development of presentations, brochures and newsletters to present our products in an attractive and informative way.
- Service breadth: Have overview and control over items such as stock management and payment arrangements, and understand what the customer needs from a commercial point of view.
- Eyes and ears in the market: Know what is going on in the industry because you are the eyes and ears of our customers; together we meet industry needs and serve the market from a technology and innovation perspective.
About you
Do you have a Bachelor degree or higher in arable farming or agriculture and are you ready for a new challenge? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!
You have knowledge of the agriculture sector, whether from home or through previous work experience.
About one to two years experience in a comparable role.
You are a commercial talent with strong organisational skills and keen problem‑solving abilities.
In addition to your commercial flair, you also have a passion for the technical side of crop protection products.
You work independently and proactively, and do not mind working alone and having remote contact with colleagues.

A market‑based salary, complemented by a performance‑related bonus, with an annual range between €45.000 and €55.000 gross depending on experience and qualifications.
