The Role
- Drive new business and manage key accounts across Europe.
- Develop strategic account plans, especially with Tier 1 & Tier 2 automotive suppliers .
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored automation and machine vision solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities, track market trends, and represent the company at key events.
About You
- Degree in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or Business .
- 5+ years’ experience in sales or key account management in automation, robotics, or industrial sectors .
- Strong network and success managing large industrial clients.
- Fluent in English (Italian, French, or Spanish a plus).
- Open to frequent travel across Europe.
