As part of its continued growth, Schneider Electric’s Industrial Digital Transformation (ITD) team is looking to recruit a Key Account Manager specializing in the digital transformation of industrial enterprises.
ITD brings together more than 100 consultants and specialists in operational excellence, industrial software, information systems, and cybersecurity to support its clients in their digital transformation.
We will be part of the Europe Digital Transformation Sales Team.
Role Overview
As an Industrial Transformation Sales Specialist, leveraging services and software (notably AVEVA), you will contribute to developing the department’s business at a national/region level.
Ensure proper alignment with the internal sales organization’s strategy, build segmentation‑based positioning, and validate the Go‑To‑Market approach with the leadership team (IDT Europe & Zone).
Develop strong engagement with major groups through qualified meetings with decision‑makers to grow the digital transformation opportunity pipeline, by promoting Schneider Electric’s Digital Transformation services and solutions (including AVEVA).
Actively contribute to the development of technical and commercial proposals with the support of the DTD organization, particularly offer project managers, specialists, and consultants working as an integrated team.
Convert these opportunities into orders (sales of consulting services, projects, programs, and service contracts).
Actively contributes to the execution phase by driving the sale of subsequent steps in the transformation journey.
Profile
- Master’s degree (or equivalent, Bac+5) and at least 5 years in complex sales with large accounts, particularly in the sale of projects and services; experience in software sales is a plus.
- Results‑driven professional with a strong collaborative mindset, capable of engaging executive stakeholders and orchestrating teams around a sales strategy that delivers customer value while generating recurring revenue for Schneider Electric.
- Local language and English mandatory.
