The Role

You will take ownership of the company's presence in the Emilia-Romagna region, focusing on growing Fruit and Vine markets.
Working closely with key growers, cooperatives, and influencers, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and market influencers.

  • Generate demand and support product adoption through on-field demonstrations, grower talks, and engagement activities.

  • Lead sales operations and coordinate customer service, logistics, and collection processes.

  • Develop new business cases to support launches and market development.

  • Contribute to regional marketing plans and strategic initiatives.

Profile
