We are seeking a Key Account Manager reports directly to the Refinery Services Division Director and is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with O&G major Companies.


Position Summary and responsibilities

Commercialize Chematek’s petrochemical range with particular focus on sulfiding service, fuel and oil additives, other specialty chemicals used mainly in refineris.


You will work in an energetic team and play a critical role to deliver significant growth for the firm. You will do so by leveraging internal and external networks with the main target of presenting winning bids to high value tenders and RFQ’s.

In this process you will collaborate with different functions in the company to elaborate price calculations, to formalize offers and to properly upload them in the customer’s portals with the help of a Trade Support Specialist.

You will regularly prepare reviews of the ongoing bidding processes with your BU Director to monitor needs of support.

You will contribute to go/no go analysis after careful review of the bid’s technical, commercial, contractual documentation to ensure full alignment with Chematek’s business values and strategy.

You will reinforce the action of a Trade Support Specialist in maintaining personal contact with customers and ensuring monthly forecasted volumes for your area are realized.

You will use our CRM and IT systems on a daily basis to promptly share reports and intel on the market and your activity with customer

Critical to your success in this role will be the ability coordinate sales activities with different team members making sure that deadlines are met.



Qualifications


STEM University degree preferred

5+ years of experience in this field is preferred but not required Excellent industry knowledge

Strong time management skills


Ability to coordinate multiple tender processes simultaneously effectively Business acumen and integrity

Analytical and deadline driven


English command both written and oral is a must, other languages are a plus.
