We invite you to be part of something bigger.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*** Build strong relationships with discount retailers and cross‐functional internal teams* Support the National Manager in developing and deploying national customer strategy plans* Define local promotional plans and manage the listing of innovations* Define product assortment and volume forecasts, proposing revisions when needed* Monitor in‐store execution to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented activities* Analyze and report sales data (sell‐in and sell‐out) and monitor budget* Profit & Loss analysis, including management of customer trade margins and net‐net turnover**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS*** Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields* 3+ years of experience in Sales and Category* Availability to travel to customers* Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office, especially Excel* Ability to create reports and analyze sales data* Fluent in Italian and proficient in English* Excellent negotiation and communication skills* Strong adaptability, flexibility, and entrepreneurial spirit* Proactive attitude and strong results orientation* Willingness to learn and embrace new tools, technologies, and methodologies**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS*** Experience in FMCG and HC is a plus**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION*** Company car* Laptop* Mobile phonePlease submit your CV in English.En tant qu'employeur responsable et inclusif, Unilever est attentif à la diversité et à la mixité de ses équipes.
