JOB Title: Key Account – Cooling and Washing Division

Role:

Hisense Italy is now looking for a Key Account with a professional background:

• Sales background with solid MDA market experience
• Knowledge of White Goods market dynamics, rules and key market actors
• Ability to work in a fast-growing Company with high dynamism and flexibility.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work for targets following strict KPIs.
• Ability to bring own idea and scout for new solutions to accelerate the business growth.

Main responsibilities:

• Define and implement customers plans based on brand/category strategy to meet company targets for the specific portfolio of customers and products.
• Lead good relationships with buyers and negotiate yearly agreements.
• Order planning and programme order negotiation with customers to achieve monthly targets.
• Business development: Identify new opportunities, define benchmark and enlarge our business scales.
• Definition of promotional activities and flyers to achieve business objectives.
• Sell-in Sell-out data analysis and action proposal.
• Sales forecast submissions and monthly review
• ROI analysis of promotional activities
• Manage sales policy investment accounting and internal approval procedures.

Required Skills:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
