Your Role

Within our Grocery Business Unit, we offer a Key Account Management position to cover the Adriatic Italy area, relative to the Puglia-Molise-Abruzzo region, reporting to the National Sales Field Manager.

The mission of this position is to design and implement activation levers to develop sales and build a sustainable business with key players.

What you will do

  • Build, in collaboration with the National Sales Field Manager and the National KAM, a joint business plan with our key clients, finding synergies with brand development initiatives.
  • Define, implement and analyze promotional and visibility plans to develop the business.
  • Ensure execution and tracking of the business plan.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Marketer and Sales Development to transfer content to key clients to maximize brand visibility.
  • Owner of secondary agreement negotiations.
  • Work transversally with Sales Development, Finance and Operations to contribute to an overall commercial vision of the clients in charge.
  • Identify business opportunities, quantify and develop them.
  • Manage trade investment and budgets by client.

What we are looking for

Education in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering; minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, with previous experience in Trade Marketing or Category Management.

The ideal candidate is preferably working for companies in the retail and consumer sector.

Job Skills and Knowledge

  • Category Management experience: set up the client’s account plan (promotions, assortment, visibility) to maximize turnover and profit.
  • Analytical experience: identify business sources, risks, and opportunities; define promotional plans, analyze results, and make adjustments.
  • Direct client interaction: argue and persuade to achieve incorporation of references and promotions.
