Description
We are looking for a Legal Manager, with a strong focus on Corporate and M&A, to join our Legal Team based in Milan. Reporting directly to the General Counsel & Compliance Officer, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-growing organization within the global Kering Eyewear Group. Your Opportunity
How you will contribute
- Manage corporate governance matters globally, including the incorporation of new legal entities, monitoring of corporate requirements, and maintenance of registers of authorized officers, directors, and signatories.
- Support and advise the Accounting, Finance, Business Development, and Legal teams on corporate and M&A transactions, including due diligence processes, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and managing post-closing activities.
- Oversee and coordinate intercompany flows in Italy and abroad.
- Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and consumer matters. Develop materials, guidelines, and best practices to foster autonomy across other business functions.
- Support the General Counsel in the management and supervision of litigation matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts and agreements (in both English and Italian) to meet the needs of the business.
- Proactively identify and address business needs with an ownership mindset, seeking new opportunities to create value across the company.
- Collaborate effectively with external counsel in Italy and internationally, and stay up to date on legal and regulatory developments.
Who You Are
- Passionate : You love what you do and bring enthusiasm and curiosity to your work.
- Committed : You hold a Law degree and have 7–9 years of experience as a lawyer, either in a law firm or as in-house counsel, preferably in Corporate and M&A. You are highly organized, structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities with precision. You are fluent in Italian and English.
- Audacious : You are energetic, resilient, and results-driven. You approach challenges with judgment, intuition, and determination.
