Sales and Education Executive
KAYALI is seeking a Sales and Education Executive to drive the commercial performance of the brand across Italy and Spain through best‑in‑class sales execution, education, and retail event support. Acting as a key brand ambassador within the region, you will deliver impactful training to Beauty Advisors, bring the KAYALI brand story to life, and directly influence sell‑out performance across key retail partners.
Responsibilities
Education & Training
- Deliver high‑impact education across in‑store one‑to‑one & group trainings
- Conduct classroom‑style sessions
- Lead large‑scale conventions, conferences, and events
Onboarding and Upskilling
- Teach product knowledge and Kayali Brand heritage
- Explain fragrance storytelling and layering education
- Provide selling techniques and conversion strategies
- Ensure all education aligns with global brand guidelines and adapts to key markets
Sales
- Translate education into measurable sales results
Brand & Event Support
- Represent the brand at retailer events, press and PR moments, launch activations, and VIP experiences
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in beauty and retail sales, with a strong focus on fragrance
- Proven background in training and education, including in‑store education, classroom training, and large‑scale conventions or conferences
Skills & Competencies
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate education into sales results
- Confident presenter with excellent facilitation skills
- Strong storytelling and brand communication abilities
- Highly organised and self‑motivated
- Comfortable working autonomously in a field‑based role
Languages
- Fluency in Italian / Spanish is essential
- Fluency in English is essential
- Additional European languages are a strong advantage
Travel
- Key market is Italy
- Willingness to travel across Spain
