Your Tasks
We are seeking a Key Account Manager ( Nivea, Labello & Hansaplast ) to join our E- commerce team based in Milan.
Your Impact

  • In this role, you will play a key part in accelerating our e-commerce growth by managing and developing strategic customer relationships with main Marketplaces & Omnichannel E-retailers. You will act as a trusted partner for key accounts, translating customer needs into tailored commercial strategies and ensuring sustainable, long-term value creation for both the company and its partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze strategic marketplaces and identify market and channel opportunities in the Marketplaces world
  • Lead regular meetings and business reviews with clients to align on objectives and performances
  • Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, shopper & costumer, controlling, supply chain and customer service
  • Plan and execute online visibility and promotional initiatives
  • Develop, maintain and update account development plans
  • Track performance KPIs and prepare commercial reports
  • Proactively manage issues and support future growth initiatives
Organization & Reporting Line
  • You will report directly to the Pure Players & Omnichannel Italy Lead and collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders.
Your Profile
Your Profile
  • Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales, eCommerce, Marketing or Trade Marketing roles
  • Strong interest in digital channels and e-commerce dynamics
  • Experience and knowledge of social commerce, including the management of sales and campaigns on social platforms; closing collaborating with Digital Marketing team
  • Strong knowledge of major online Beauty & Personal Care marketplaces such as Zalando, and similar platforms and understanding of marketplace business models
  • Experience in catalog and product content management in line with marketplace guidelines
  • Knowledge of pricing, promotions, and Retail Media solutions
  • Ability to analyze marketplace performance data and identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive mindset, strong ownership, results orientation and adaptability in fast-paced environments
