K-Way - Legal Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a Legal Specialist who, reporting directly to the K-Way Head of Legal, will support and manage contract drafting and negotiation, ensure compliance and risk management, and advise internal stakeholders on legal matters across various staff functions.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Approximately 2–3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate legal department or a law firm specializing in commercial law.
• Strong expertise in contract law, with proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Experience with agency, distribution, and/or commercial lease contracts is a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to build strong cross-departmental relationships.
